Basic Cold and Flu Tea
This blend combines herbs to soothe the symptoms of the usual cold and flu symptoms with ones that fight viruses and bacteria. Good for feverish colds. Good tasting tea is a family favorite 159.0
Ingredients:
  • 1 part peppermint
  • 1 part lemon balm
  • 1 part elder flowers/berries
  • 1 part yarrow flower
Additions: 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, honey and lemon
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Use 1 teaspoon dried, or 1 tablespoon fresh herbs to each cup water. Infuse with not quite boiling water in a closed container for 20 minutes, and drink warm.
