This oil is sometimes known as arnicated oil. It is an excellent penetrating anti-inflammatory for treating traumatic injuries such as bruises, sprains and torn ligaments. Arnica resolves stuck blood. This recipe called for the oil to be infused with a steady heat for 2 weeks.
