Homemade Hot Chocolate

Raw, unprocessed cacao powder, dark unsweetened baking chocolate, and cocoa powder contain more theobromine and no sugar. Use them rather than milk chocolates and chocolate syrups to get a truly healthy hot chocolate.

Ingredients:

Recipe Instructions: :
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup natural unsweetened cocoa
  • Dash salt
  • Stir in 1/3 cup water in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups milk and heat. DO NOT BOIL
  • Remove from heat and add
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
