Ingredients: 2 parts gotu kola dried leaves
1 part rosemary fresh or dried
1/4 part dried panax ginseng powder or eleuthero root
Rosemary * Ginseng * Eleuthero * Gotu Kola *
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Use one teaspoon of herbal mixture to each cup of hot water. Infuse in a covered vessel.
