Finger sprain

Place the strained fingers in a bed of ice for 15 minutes, then follow with a massage over the whole hand with: ginger 20 drops, black pepper 5 drops, nutmeg 5 drops, dilute essential oils in 2 tablespoons almond or olive oil.
