Fire Starter

This spicy hot tea will wake you up if you are feeling sluggish in the morning or need an afternoon pick me up. You can feel the warmth spread throughout your body, as your metabolism picks up and circulation improves.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne powder
  • 2 cups water
Ginger * Ginseng * Cayenne Pepper *
Additions: raw honey, lemon, turmeric
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Use one teaspoonful of herbal blend to each cup boiling water. Infuse for 10 minutes and drink warm. Add honey and cinnamon to improve taste.
