Ingredients:
Catnip * Lemon Balm * Rosemary * Turmeric *
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :To make the tea, boil two quarts of water. Remove from the heat and add one handful each of catnip, rosemary and lemon balm. (or 1 tablespoon dried). Add a few teaspoons of grated ginger and a dash or two of turmeric. Steep for 20 minutes and drink warm or cold with lemon juice and honey.
