Reishi and Ginseng Morning Energy

Good morning brew. Both ginseng and reishi are adrenal tonics that can increase energy.

Cautions: Can cause sleeplessness.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon nettle root, 1 tablespoon chopped reishi mushrooms, and a 1/4 teaspoon ginseng powder.
Ginseng * Reishi Mushroom * Ginger * Stinging Nettle *
Additions: 1 teaspoon dried ginger, honey and lemon
Recipe Instructions: Decoction :Bring to a simmering boil in a 2 quarts of water. Drink 1 to 2 cups early in the day.
