Ingredients: Equal parts:
  • Fennel seed
  • lemongrass
  • fresh sliced ginger root
  • and a sprinkle of cardamom
Ginger * Cinnamon * Lemongrass * Sassafras * Fennel * Cardamom *
Additions: Honey, lemon
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Infuse herbs with boiling water in a closed container with a well fitting lid. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and serve hot.
