Hibiscus And Garcinia Fat Burner

Hibiscus And Garcinia Fat Burner

Hibiscus and Garcinia Fat Burner
This burgundy red brew is a perfect sipping tea for those who wish to burn off a few pounds or just want to increase energy. Very healthy full of antioxidants and high in Vitamin C, both Hibiscus and Garcinia are good sources of HCA, the same hydroxycitric acid found in many diet supplements. The healthy benefits of these herbs are much more available to the body when taken in tea form, than they are in extract form, allowing you to get the same effects at a much lower and safer dose. Add a slice of lemon and a 1/2 teaspoon of stevia for a tangy, sweet taste.
  • 1 tablespoon hibiscus
  • 2 sm pieces dried garcinia fruit
  • 3 slices fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon hawthorn berry

Cautions: Not suitable for young children

Additions: Lemon and Stevia
