Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite holiday comfort foods. This indulgent pumpkin
pie is the after party to the main event that everyone wants to be invited to.
- 1 15 oz (425 g) can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp cup triple sec
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tsps pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
Pumpkin Seed *
:Blend all ingredients well and pour into pastry lined pie shell
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min. Test for doneness by inserting
a clean knife - if it comes out clean pie is done. Cool to finish setting.
