Milk thistle combines well with dandelion or other bitters thus combining hepatotropic (liver) and choleretic (gallbladder) herbal actions to support better digestion. Peppermint improves the bitter flavor and the effect of milk thistle.

  • Milk thistle seeds
  • Peppermint leaf to taste
  • Celandine leaf (optional)
