Purgative Herbs, Strong Laxative Herbals To Cleanse System
Castor Oil (from the castor plant) is one of the traditional remedies for cleansing the system. Although not widely known first hand among the most modern generations, it remains very effective for this purpose. Other plants such as Poke Root (Poke Weed, American Nightshade) has purgative properties, but should not be used by amateur herbalists.
