This blend combines herbs to soothe the symptoms of the usual cold and flu symptoms with ones that fight viruses and bacteria. Good for feverish colds. Good tasting tea is a family favorite

Additions: 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, honey and lemon
Recipe Instructions: Herbal Tea :Use 1 teaspoon dried, or 1 tablespoon fresh herbs to each cup water. Infuse with not quite boiling water in a closed container for 20 minutes, and drink warm.
