Rosemary Hair Tonic

Of rosemary as a hair tonic I need not write. I suppose oil of rosemary, or essence of rosemary, appears in every highly-priced hair tonic on the market.* If a strong "tea" is made, it can be used as a daily hair wash with great advantage, and naturally is much cheaper than the other preparations. *This is just as true today, in 2008 as it was in 1930.
