Bronchitis Soother

For persistent cough and sore throat. This combination of herbs contains plenty of soothing mucilage and calms coughing spasms.

Ingredients: Equal parts coltsfoot, mullein, comfrey, mallow root.
Colt's Foot * Comfrey * Marsh mallow * Mullein *
Recipe Instructions: Decoction :Soak chopped and dried roots for 20 minutes in cold water, bring to a boil over a low heat and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Drink hot with honey.
